Whether you train at home, in a gym or prefer the outdoors there is unlimited amounts of exercise to choose from. If you haven't exercised in a long time start of easy then build
your fitness levels up over the next few weeks and months. I am not saying its going to be easy you have to commit to it and have the determination to get the results you want. when I say results I don't just mean a slim toned body or look like the cover of a magazine, I mean live a stress free life.
Daily exercise for as little as 20 mins a day can make a massive change to not only your physical health but your mental health. Why?

increases self confidence
decreases depression, stress and anxiety
Boosts your energy
As well as all the above knowing you will be keeping your heart, lungs, muscles and bones stronger and decreasing the risk of many health problem it takes that stress away. which should only leave you with your external stresses of life. Now for many of us we may have a stressful job or simply family or friends who cause stress in our life. Do we just remove these situations from our lives? Yes if you can be financially happy and live without regret, hurt or feel bad over your choice and make a new living or we simply manage that stress. This is where exercise comes in to your daily lifestyle, after a stressful day at work,family or friends conversation or you simply just cant switch your mind off to your stress or worry, this is when we exercise. Use all that energy, build up stress and anxiety and put it into your workout, it needs released from your body with an outcome of feeling stress free, positive and ready to enjoy the rest of your day.
