Classes are a great way to develop your practice under the guidance of a teacher. I teach a rolling programme of yoga and dance based classes in Northumberland and Cumbria. I have an inclusive teaching style, and will adapt the class to ensure everyone can participate.
Hatha Yoga - A class incorporating breathing (pranayama), strengthening and stretching poses (asanas) and relaxation.
Barre Fitness - Barre fuses ballet, yoga and pilates resulting in a dance conditioning class.
1:1 AND PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS
I am available for 1:1 and small group sessions. These will be tailored to suit your needs.

I am also able to teach one-off workshops for children, young people and specialist groups. During the term I offer new yoga or dance experiences in a safe workshop environment. These are a great opportunity to extend your practice and knowledge of your body and movement.
